Managing Stress and Mental Health in Your Staff & Stress Management in the Workplace- this course will teach you how to make small adjustments to your working lifestyle to reduce your stress levels, you will learn how to:

  • Recognise the signs and symptoms of stress in yourself and others
  • be able to identify how reactions can be chosen and changed
  • be aware of how to respond to pressure

Positive Mental Health in Times of Change– This one hour online session is designed to promote a wellbeing culture in the workforce by introducing employees to tips and techniques which can help them to achieve positive mental wellbeing.

Improve your sleep workshop

Sleep is the foundation of good mental health so understanding what happens when we sleep and what disrupts our sleep can be very important to our mental health and wellbeing. This workshop covers these things and gives some tips and techniques and where to go for more help to achieve good quality sleep and thus improve our mental wellbeing.

Mindfulness workshop

Mindfulness and meditation are useful tools to help manage stress, depression and anxiety. This workshop will introduce delegates to these practices and give an opportunity to try them out in a safe non-judgmental environment.
